"This hotel was a Ramada - We could see why Ramada doesn't allow it's name to be used anymore. For a short 1 night use it was just ok. Clean was not a top priority."

"They did not have or reservation and told us they could not honor the rate. Bill went the extra mile to help us with all the issues we had. My only complaint after arrival was our room was not clean."
